Shipping Policy

We keep shipping simple and transparent.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. During high-volume launches or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is $4.90 for U.S. orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

International shipping

Fittem currently offers shipping to select international destinations. Available services and rates are calculated at checkout through supported carriers such as USPS and DHL Express. Availability varies by destination.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
