30-day return request window

To request a return for an eligible item, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Start a return first

Before sending anything back, email fittem.kids@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not mail a return without authorization.

Last Chance & Final Sale

Items specifically marked Last Chance or Final Sale, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. A temporary promotion or discount does not by itself make an item final sale unless the product is specifically identified as Last Chance or Final Sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at fittem.kids@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, email fittem.kids@gmail.com.
